What you Need to Know about Heat Stroke

Those of you at risk for heat related illnesses are often in hot climates that do not provide enough shade, water, proper clothing or poor hydration. Drinking too much alcohol is dehydrating and can also put you at risk. Weekend warriors who engage in strenuous physical activities can also be for the least prepared for heat exposure.
