As I was returning home from my office and wandering by the shoe stores, I was shocked and amazed to see High Heels elevated to an even higher level than last season. The heels resemble spikes used on the railway lines of days gone by and the platforms appear to be another 2 inches thicker than in previous years. This latest “high” fashion will be setting up women for a record number of tendon injuries, chronic arthritis, plantar fasciitis, low back pain and years of misery down the road.
