Prepare for National Women’s Health Week
National women’s health week begins on Monday, May 12, 2013 (Mother’s Day) and will be celebrated until May 18, 2013. Women are often the primary caregivers for their families, putting their needs aside for their partners, children and parents. Consequently women’s health and well-being become secondary. As a community of caregivers women need to take responsibility to support each other and do everything possible to help them lead longer healthier and happier lives. National Women’s Health Week is organized by the US Department of Health and Human Services office on women’s health. It will bring together various organizations in order to promote women’s health.
