What can we learn from athletes who have become Olympic champions? Whether it is in your business, academics or sports, the ingredients for being successful and a champion have many common elements. You can even train your self to be more productive. Imagine a gymnast hurtling themselves across a mat performing a series of somersaults and twists in the air, as fast as they can. No protection and no safety net. Hoping not only to land safely but to execute each movement more perfectly than anyone else and secure him or herself a gold medal. Would they be thinking about what groceries they forgot to pick up or what the last facebook post was about? I doubt it.
